HelpDesk (Trouble Tickets)
We have a trouble ticket system in operation. Please go to the following address to sign up, and post any support tickets you may have.

SMS Support
You can now contact us via SMS by sending a text with the following info:
message text: 'sri' + MESSAGE
number to send to: 60300

PLEASE NOTE: To recieve these text messages it will cost 25p per reply, with a standard reply for the initial text message you send. Messages will cost the operator charge to send to us.

Server Status Page

We have set up a server status page so that if you can't access your website, you can check the status page first to see if there are any server issues. Any MAJOR/MINOR problems will be listed under the NOTICES section.
(Note: This site is hosted on a different server to the Others, so errors will show when they happen)
